It is with great pleasure that we announce the winner of our November 2014 Learning Evolution Category Management Scholarship – Margaret DeCampo, of SymphonyEYC! Margaret has been awarded access to all 33 courses of our Category Management training library. These courses match up 1:1 with the CMA’s certification standards at the CPCA, CPCM, and CPSA levels.
Margaret’s role with SymphonyEYC includes processing consumer data in a Consumer Insights capacity, and this training will assist Margaret in turning that data into an effective category management strategy for her company. As Margaret herself put it, “Traditional methods of retailing are slowly becoming less successful in a new consumer-centric environment. Category Management needs individuals that understand how to interpret customer data and use it to create new ideas and challenge the status quo… It is my desire to continue to develop in Consumer Insights and Category Management so that I can contribute in these same ways.”
